Engineered with just one moving part (a virtually indestructible steel trunion), the 1800Wallbed mechanism is durable and build for a lifetime of daily use. We manufacture our bed mechanisms to last forever.

Our Bed Mechanisms:

Secure to the floor or optional wall mount
Include padded mattress foundations (NOT SHOWN)
Are powder-coated in white
Have front corners protected with white vinyl caps
Can be used with or without a cabinet
Have automatic sliding headboard attachments
Use balancing springs made of "never fail" music wire
Accommodate any brand mattresses in all sizes
Have an easy to reach, one-touch pull down bar
Successfully completed a 10,000-cycle test by the quality control lab of DCI, Inc. of Lisbon, New Hampshire

If you prefer to purchase only our easy-to-install mechanism, we will provide you and/or your carpenter/cabinet maker with Free Cabinet Plans and toll-free telephone advice.
